The Riverstone Schofields Junior Soccer Club is governed by a legal document called a constitution.  The constitution sets out how the affairs of the club are to be handled.  This includes, amongst other things, how committee members are elected, the powers of committee members, how meetings and elections are to be conducted.  The club’s constitution can only be amended with the approval of the members of the club, ensuring that they have a say in the running of the club.  The club’s current constitution can be accessed here.

In addition to the club’s constitution the members of the club are also governed by a series of policies which are created by the management committee.  These policies are rules that cover the management of the club and are modified from time to time as the need arises.  Details of the club’s current policies can be found here.
